New graphics and displays create a customer friendly environment in CVS’s flagship store.
When CVS was planning its new flagship store on 42nd Street, they engaged ESI Design to help create an enhanced customer experience.
ESI created a clear and bold environment that enables customers to experience the store with an ease of navigation to and from CVS’s core service areas. Shoppers at the flagship store are greeted with bold, clean graphics to the 24-hour Pharmacy, Beauty and Checkout. Brighter walls, floors, fixtures and finishes create a lighter, multi-sensory atmosphere throughout.
These design enhancements create an improved customer experience, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
